Yes, I agree on this if it’s going to be in the UK. The United Kingdom just like the United States, and China both had already been at the peak of their economy mostly because of both computers and the web, it’s about time for them to use for educational purposes, and what better way to do that than doing PTCs in the web and make it a way for parents to check up on their child’s educational standing towards school.

This can’t be applied to the Philippines because as we can see that a large percentage of adults in our country either knows a little about the web and computers itself, and worse, doesn’t know anything anything about both at all. This is because most of them came from a poor family since the reign of the Japanese, and Marcos.
